Hi Guys n Gals,

Just joined and getting plenty inside info already, really good site! Looking to get some work done on the brakes on my Z4 coupe and was looking for any recommendations from past experiences. From what i've read Kevin at AW Autotech seem to get good reviews.

Got a good deal on RFT's at Sillett Tyres in Holland street today. Glad they beat Kwiksh*t as I would have rather of paid the extra 20 quid to go elsewhere.

Nice Z4 - can't say I've seen many coupe's in silver, but I really like it. How are your wheels in terms of corrosion? I gt rid of mine in favour of a different style due to the terrible corrosion, plus I'm a lazy bugger when it comes to keeping them clean...

Caig 3.0- I did consider going for non run flats and read many people sayin that the ride was better without them. I was only getting 1 tyre due to a chunk being taken out of it thanks to a MASSIVE pothole. There is plenty tread left in the others, maybe if I am closer to needing all 4 I will give them a try. Had the car for a year now and luv it.

A11y-The wheels are still pretty good. The fronts are minted but there is some blistering on the rears. Will get the bead blasted and painted again and see how they go. If it blisters agian I will think about changin.

I done away with the run flats on my 3.0 Z4 when I had it.

MASSIVE improvement! If you ever do it or get a chance at a drive in someones who has you'll see.

Weclome to the forum
