That's what I though. However, as the pair of Pirellis that I put on the back of my 7 about a year ago only lasted 10,000 miles, whilst the Michelins on the front that had aleady done this mileage still lasted another 5k after the Pirrellis expired, they should be OK. Assuming that they do go into production of course.
