I've two sat nav questions:

1. what is the little arrow in the bottom left corner of the screen. Does it indicate the last location inputted? It usually tends to point Eastwards (towards Japland?) but it does point in other directions also.

2. My http://picasaweb.google.com/lh/photo/AUg8V23A7Dxa5qN2E7-NjBV_Tpc9lRcEwHbOUVx372s?feat=directlink - boot unit has both DVD and a compact flash slot. Do I need both or just one or the other?

Actually another Q.
Are the DVDs available on ebay ( http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/BMW-NAVIGATION-DVD-2009-2-SAT-NAV-DISC-/250687167356?pt=UK_CarsParts_Vehicles_CarParts_SM&hash=item3a5e1e9b7c - e.g. this ) any good or would I be better going to a stealer?

The little arrow is pointing NORTH AFAIK.

has your car really got 10k miles only???

Yup! 10K Miles! (well about 11k now)

The arrow usually points East.

What is the 2K thing also?
