Hi all, the last year i have dissembled my M52 B28 24v engine, i have had the block, sump, rocker & external components chemically dipped and some sand blasted,i plan to have some of them sprayed. I have the full engine gasket set, new main & Big end bearings, new piston rings, conrod & head bolts, head has been skimmed (5 thou). at the moment i have cleaned all the internal components, oiled them up and wrapped up in cling film. I have ground all the 24 valves in, fitted new stem seals. i had to ridge ream the top of each cylinder and then honed each cylinder with a 45degree finish, anyway i will be posting some pictures up in the next couple of days of how my slow progress has been going.thanks for looking. HenryBig smile
