the clutch is very heavy and pedal has to be depressed fully to operate. system has been bled and the clutch is in good condition. Is this normal and is there any way of adjusting the clutch pedal travel?

A bit late, but according to my works manual there is an eccentric scam haft that adjusts the start  position for the clutch pedal.
Unfortunately the distance (B) to which it should be set is in the specification list that I do not have
