 As it now July and following the success of last years party night its time to think about CHRISTMAS NIGHT OUT 2012!  So on Gary's strict instruction I contacted the http://www.macdonaldhotels.co.uk/our-hotels/macdonald-forest-hills-hotel-spa/" rel="nofollow - Forrest Hills Hotel and this is what has come back. The cost is £99 per person for everything listed below. Singles will incur a £20 supplement although will be in a double room. (This should have been £40 but i have managed to haggle it down to £20!!!) Of course it will be more cost affective for singles to arrange to share.  Its a £20 deposit to book and the balance 1 month before the date. I will have a think about the best way to pay this and post it up later but at the moment i need NAMES!  Saturday 1st December 2012 Ceilidh & Disco Party Nights are at £99.00 per person sharing (based on 2 adults per room), single supplement £20. This includes:

I have been in touch with the hotel today and they have respecfully asked if you can call them to pay the deposit no later than Thursday 2nd Aug as they cannot hold the rooms/party night places indefinately. Please can you let me know once you have booked it and I will update the list or contact me by PM if you have any problems with it.

Well guys I cant believe its here already and we are good to go for Christmas! I have checked in with the hotel and confirmed the list as detailed below. There has been a few cancellations so if anyone wants to go last minute it will be worth calling the hotel to check availability. PM me for the number. Everyone should have recieved details on completion of the booking but I would like to suggest that we all meet up in the bar from 6.30 prior to heading through for dinner at 7.30.
