On 5th January 2014 we are meeting at 1pm at the Table Table restaurant attached to the http://www.premierinn.com/en/hotel/EDIESK/edinburgh-a7-dalkeith" rel="nofollow - Premier Inn Dalkeith for the monthly meet. Note - As discussed at the AGM this is the first meet of the year and we dont know what the weather will be like, so I am not planning a drive. It will be lunch and a catch up only. I hope to see a good turn out for this first meet so please add your name to the list and I will book a table nearer the time. I'm dayshift Saturday then nightshift Sunday so I'll sit this one out. I'm thankfully coming off these asshat 4 on 4 off shifts at the end of the month and going back to standard mon-fri fayre so I'll hopefully make a few more meets this year. ------------- Mrs Pontipine is a nosey bint. |

I don't think it will be a problem. I'm sure there will be plenty of tables. I did say to them when I booked it that this might happen and he said it should be no bother to find other tables. Looking forward to catching up with everyone today! See you all there! ------------- |

A great effort today for the first meet of the year.
13 cars and 20 people turned out for lunch and a catch up. It was great to see everyone and welcome Danny, Marcus and Jeff to their first event with the club. Hopefully they enjoyed their day and we will see them again at another meet. I had my camera in the car but didn't take any photos as it was freezing outside and then everyone was away. So heres to a good start to 2014 and im sure there will be many more to follow. ------------- |

Great to see everybody today, old faces and new. Thanks to everybody for making Drew and Carol welcome. Drew (Anns brother) is a big petrol head and keen on detailing (just needs to bin the Merc) lol.
