The display on my original fit handset has lost all but two characters. The phone still works and I
don't really want to change it  Does any one know where I can get  a low cost replacement.

The hand set is the old fashioned large one  with the curly lead with a RJ45 plug on the end.

Part No is BMW 84.11-8372383 SCN2635A

I know some of you have replaced this with newer phones so if you still have a hand set in a box
somewhere I will give it a good home

Any help will be appreciated

I have a similar phone that does not work. There is power to the phone. Perssing the volume contros I can hear something. The phone lights up orange, but I get no display or function. Have you found a replacement?
