Just wondering how to go about changing the wiper linkage on my on my 92 520 24v has anyone done it, any help would be grateful

Under the bonnet....Remove the plastic trim and other stuff from the top of the fire wall.  It will all become clear.  It should lift out in one unit.

I saw a chap in a scrapyard do it in 10 minutes.  From a car with no engine in, mind.

Even the Haynes <spit> manual is quite easy to follow for this removal.

Hi bud as i said its the 24v engine there is no room have a look at one you will see what i mean... i got the linkage out of my spare car by bending the scuttle panel i know this is not the way dont want to take the engine out just to change the wiper linkage there must be an easier way
