check spark plugs (type, condition & gap), then Dizzy cap & rotor arm, HT Leads.

When were they last changed? Plugs should be Bosch W8LCR 0.8mm gap

As Killian says check plug dizzy and rotor arm, I recently changed my dizzy and rotor, car is on 104k and I was quite surprised to find that the car was still running on the originals!

Made quite a difference to the car too! Felt a lot more responsive. NGK plugs seem to be preferd choice though when it comes to E30 spark plugs.
