Maybe I should put this in the classifieds so apologies to the Mods. It doersn't belong to me, there's nothing in this for me - I'm just doing this from the goodness of my heart. Honest!
My mate Pete has a 1979 635CSi which quite frankly is the most horribly rotten example I have ever seen. BUT....it has a limited slip diff, a dog leg gearbox and a real peach of an engine. No useable panels except for the Driver's front wing (oddly enough). So, if anyone has a pre '82 635CSi it's a great source of bits. As an example, he wants £300 for the engine (heard running of course). Pete's number is 07970 645599. |

The engine would be the 3453cc unit, not the later 3430. In theory (and it can surely only be theory?), find a 24-valve M30 head, and you get....? -------------
