Maybe I should put this in the classifieds so apologies to the Mods. It doersn't belong to me, there's nothing in this for me - I'm just doing this from the goodness of my heart. Honest!
My mate Pete has a 1979 635CSi which quite frankly is the most horribly rotten example I have ever seen. BUT....it has a limited slip diff, a dog leg gearbox and a real peach of an engine. No useable panels except for the Driver's front wing (oddly enough).
So, if anyone has a pre '82 635CSi it's a great source of bits. As an example, he wants £300 for the engine (heard running of course). Pete's number is 07970 645599.

The engine would be the 3453cc unit, not the later 3430. In theory (and it can surely only be theory?), find a 24-valve M30 head, and you get....?
