Hi Guys ,

The break lights have gone E36 !!! Its not the bulbs, its not the fuse, what else could it be - any ideas????

Where would the switch be - on the pedal?

Cheers

Owen

It'll be the switch behind the (brake!) pedal. A bit fiddly to replace I found but not beyond my basic skills.

You need a different switch depending whether the car has the check system or not. If you remove the switch you'll be able to see if it has 2 or 4 pins. Although, thinking about this, you mustn't have the check system otherwise it would tell you that it's faulty, wouldn't it!

A replacement for mine last year was £4 or something.
