I think they do a good job 
I enjoy this site, its a good laugh bit of micky take but nothing tooooo much (they see to that and when you think about it , it's a good thing)
That's why I joined the Club ( didn't know i could join this site without paying!!!!!) Met lot's of new friends and people to have a joke with

True..there are some decent people here...not at all as stuffy as some would think..
