I have Philips Blue visions which I think are really good, Philips can out top in a recent test.

I had PIAA super white and extreme white bulbs in my last car, E30 325sport, got them from demon tweeks and it was almost like daytime with highbeams on. They are road legal but did'nt stop people flashing me on dip beam! Rgds,
