I have an E39 540i with a standard multi-functional steering wheel and want to change over to the M-Sports wheel. I have procurred a wheel and airbag and I wondered if someone cound give me any tips for making the change. IE disconnect battery? Does Airbag need resetting? - how? etc etc Many Thanks |

I would leave it to a professional, you don't want the airbag going off in your face !
