I keep trying to persuade her indoors to sell the mundano and buy a bimmer but she seems to be standing fast.

I'm sure that you can charm her Speedy....buy flowers, choccies, do the washing up every day for a month, cook her a nice meal or too or better still take her out to dinner a couple of times....then say her car is showing its age and wouldn't it be better to have a nicer car...

In about a month's time she will give in and you can go buy a new toy

And change the habits of a lifetime and do some grovelling, you KNOW we women love to see a man grovel...and it does usually end in you getting exactly what you want too
