That'll be me then, no probs, I wasn't in a hurry.

My results:

BHP: 325.4 @ 7325 rpm
Torque: 352.6 NM @ 5740rpm.

BHP up 1 since last RR and torque down (was 367 NM before)

Happy enough and as always, you can't read too much into the figures.

Q for M3 Evo runners, looks like mine was done in 5th gear(260.5 km/h = 161mph!!) was yours? Don't think this would affect results except showing high wheel drag???

Thanks for a great day.

the M3's gear ratios in 5th allow a 1:1 with the rollers this is the perfect setup to have

btw thats a very respectable output

Idling rough afterwards though .... took the plugs out to check them and they look like they are due for replacement - I hope that's all it is!

a nice sunny day for a change, so off down to the local motor factors, £18 lighter and 20 minutes of watching...errr i mean "supervising" my dad saw a new set of 6 NGK BKR6 plugs installed, fired her up.... yaaay, rough idle gone and, although its probably placebo i swear the throttle response has improved

maybe you got your 4 horses back now

due to the car idling rough i suspect there may also have been some missfiring if the plugs were looking a bit past it

the throttle response will feel much crisper now? and i dare say like pete says u probably have got your ponnies back and maybe more than 4 of em ;)

You know for the e39 you have to heat up the glass and remove the sealant to get into them?

328.4bhp @ 5860
443.8Nm @ 4735

Book says:
340PS @ 5700
470Nm @ 3900

I wonder why things are happening further up the rev range...

Just thought I would nip on and see how the day went. Glad to hear it al went well, despite some Engine MAnagement problems, Tiko and Stevie! Oh dear. And also, to post my figures up again.

321bhp @ 7620rpm and

340nm @ 3490rpm

Mine was done in 5th too and Max speed was 268.1km/h whatever that works out to be in mph.

That was with a Falkland Superchip and Dave F induction. Jamie, is your the one with the Custom Exhaust?

Some MIGHTY impressive figures indeed there, rock on. Keep tearing up the Tarmac boys, I will look after the Seas! lol

I'll get some pics up later etc but mine was putting out 150BHP & 185NM so not bad for an old girl, pretty much standard figures. Getting it chipped next month hopefully, so a wee trip back down to see how much difference that will make

Jamie, is your the one with the Custom Exhaust?

Looks like my results were pretty good then,(325,352), yours seems to benefit from the extra revs.
Kind of "custom"- I've always liked and had Mongoose exhausts on other car, they are made by Blueflame exhausts (but think they're not nowadays) So I contacted Collins Performance for Mongoose and told they only do one for the 3.0 M3, not the Evo, something to do with the exhaust fouling the rear tyre and suspension.
I contacted Blueflame and they said that was true and they needed a car to use as a template, so I volunteered, now thay can sell M3 Evo exhausts, it's my car that is in their advert piccy!

I'm just new to the club, what a great forum you guys have here. Hope to pop along to a future meets. Good pictures of the RR day, wish i had joined a few weeks earlier and i could have came along. Lovin the M3 tiko, also a fan of the new 535 some torque figure, what modifications have been done? I also noticed pete330 said "best bit about having a run is coming home to clean the car" ??? have i missed something? I cant see the joke.

Cheers, Tubs.

Apologies guys/gal for the lateness in getting the web page sorted. I am still having some technical problems with BMWCCScotland, which James is looking into for me.

In the short term I have hosted the page on my own webspace, just so that you can see the pics and read the report.
