Very nice Leroi, I looked for a 535 sport for months before buying my e34 530i but couldnt find a good one. I see your fuel cap has gone the same way as my old e34.

Bought him from a mate who was advertising him for £1300. Have noticed most E34s develop that fuel flap rust spot. Also a small spot on the bottom of the wings behind the front wheels needs some attention. Lots of little stone chips (Which don't show up badly on Delphin). The drivers seat upholstery is shredded, no biggie, just cosmetic. But everything is there where it counts!!! Edited by Leroi |

Very nice You just need some clear indicators to finish it off. Strangely my 1991 525 doesn't show any signs of rust either on the fuel filler flap or around the openening, i think people must bash the paintwork with the fuel pump nozzle when filling up.

The fuel pump theory seems plausable but I know the previous owners back to when Birds had it. Seems unlikely. We are all very particular. Still I wouldn't rule it out. I'll leave the clear indicators. I'd rather spend the money on a supercharger. Those 19"s do look nice... |

If you want some 17" Alpina replicas try eBay - lots of bargains on there - I woulb be bidding for some 18" Schnitzer replicas which are on there which are at £225.00 at the moment, but skint since spending £450 on finishing the body kit for the E28, new viscous fan and front wheel bearing Paul Sharp E28 528i(86) |

Rear and side indicators are really easy, shouldn't take more than 10 minutes. However the fronts are a different matter, there are 3 screws holding each front indicator in and they are a real pain in the a**e to get too One screws in to a bracket in the wing and 2 which screw in to the back of the headlight mounting assembly.
