I propose a date from May onwards so we improve chances of good weather. Sooner we contact Willie the better.

o.k Guy's , as James has said in a previous post we need at least 15 guaranteed names to kick this event off , so if you could post your interest here & we can then begin to work out our dates

If we're waiting this long, then stick with the July window drafted into the 2005 events timetable.
