seen one for sale w reg 323ci se coupe beige leather 18 alloys fsh topaz blue for £13,995 im not sure on the mileage does that sound quite cheep?

 

Stephenperry is this the same colour as yours?

sounds exactly the same as mine lol  i paid £13,995 for mine in may from march motors in buckie

well decided im going to look for a black E46 theres a 318ci coupe x reg black with black leather parking sensors multi stearing wheel all the usual mods for £13,995 may drive down to glasgow for a look

would you really be happy with a 1.8?   i got rid of my e36 cos it was a 1.8, just not enough ooomph

err stephen the 318ci E46 isnt a 1.8 its a 2.0 altho iirc its power is only 143Bhp?

not much oomph for pulling nearly 1.5tonnes around

2.0 valvetronic, yes, i got mixed up a bit   at that year, although im led to believe that the earliest 318ci e46s had the old m43 engine, the very same 1.8 4-cyl developing 115bhp as my 1995 318i se had

but it still applies that its not generally wise to go for less power in a vehicle, ive done it and regretted it, let my "shipwrecks be your sea marks"

Couldn't agree more.  Especially as you've got a 6 just now to then go to a four would just be WRONG!  Go for the 3 litre if you've got the bucks.  If not then the 323 would do very nicely indeed.  Having checked this out myself lately, there is very little in it between the 323, 325 and 330 prices once they are a few years old.  So go for as fast as you can reasonablely afford.

yeah but its trying to find a black one that is the problem!!! looked at a 320ci se 51 plate last night it was silver tho just going to advertise mine then see what i find private i think.......318is is off the cards your right stephen i would get bored with the lack ov power
