Thats the International Track. The national severs the international from 'Holiday In Ireland' corner to the 'bikeworld' stretch.
We will be doing the international next October but it wasn't available this time.

Here is a good writeup about "warped" brakes. Good reading.

Hey Simatic... one of the lads down at the open track day with the black sylvia (Dermot) had a thing mounted on the bonnet and it was fine. Three suckers with a small metal pole with mount on the top with cam corder facing forward.... got some great shots on it.

I assume its specific to the camcorder.... just remember to take it in if it rains  :)

Cheers KenM, but I don't fancy depending on three suckers to hold down €1400 worth of camcorder with the forces produced on a track.

Thanks all the same though.

I miss me beemer!

Failing that we could always get a roof rack thrown on and strap you to the roof rack and the camera to you??  :)

I'm sure they wouldn't have a problem with that... might have a few problems with fly's and stuff in your teeth.... breath through your nose  ;)

I'm not putting a roofrack on my M3... end of story.

But, in the interests of good footage Simatic, you can lie on a very large buffing cloth, and I'll close the 'leccy windows on your hands, securing to to the car roof. We'll strap the camcorder to your head.

If things start getting a bit much, don't bang the rear window with your feet; instead a gentle tap of the rooflining with your right hands fingers should suffice to let me know you wish me to slow or speed up (I'll make that determination at the time, but I reckon you'll be asking me to speed up)

Compromise? Small bit of velcro? about an inch stuck to the roof and onto your buffing cloth suit!  ;)

As I said before, the offer of a roll cage is there if you want to mount it.

Would easily be able to mount it to the cross behind the front seats and view straight out the windscreen.

Could be less hardship for you.
