Still it's good to find out some perfect driving roads to take to this summer - hopefully avoiding all the caravans.

Deeside, 10 miles west of Aberdeen city centre on the A93.

Incidentally, the A93 is a fantastic road all the way to Perth, whether on 2 wheels or 4, and is the highest altitude road in the country.
