Well i hope you do take it easy, you dont want to go thru all that again. All the household jobs and whatever else can wait for the time being.  Anyway enough lecturing from me, I'll make sure Rhys banishes you to bed.

The old ticker threw a tantrum last Friday..I thought it was just really bad indigestion. Had a few more chestpains over the bank holiday but it was Tuesday when the clot moved into the lung that floored me. A few injections of Heparin to thin the blood and a shedload of pills etc....and a scan yesterday with radioactive stuff flowing through the bloodstream and I was let home provided I don't over do anything from here on in.
Some chance of that though..

it always feels odd when others worry about us.  Personally can't s tanfd being fussed over. Just leave me to die quietly in bed!
I don't suppose thay had a chance to use the difribulator (sp?) by any chance? Surely the coolest and most dramatic piece of hospital equipment ever devised!
Hope you feel nicely rested tomrorrow. I'm sure Dr Rhys will be round to make sure you don't overdo it!

Dr Rhys is now on his way back home...he called by to see if I was OK.which was much appreciated. I am definately not used to having anyone worry about me...its usually me worrying about everyone else. 
I will probably have an early night tonight, got loads to do in the morning so need to recharge the old battery a bit

Chris what do you use to buff up yer car mate? That is a seriously nice shine. Love the colour  Wouldn't mind an E30 M3 if i had the dosh.
Where was the mugshot taken - that your yacht parked modestly behind the palm tree?

I had one pic of me but that was on the old pooter that I threw away before I moved up here. There is one of me on this site somewhere...taken at a Scottish BM meet late last year. Its a pic of me with Rhys taken by Rhy's g/f.

...just realised...Ise still got my hospital name tags on...should have taken them off before I was discharged...oh well, I shall keep them as a souvenir of my stay
