Im not deleting this topic. Personally I think the two cars are in great nick and am quite envious of Philip.

I will however, make a few comments about it.
Andyboy: As you appear to be familiar about various internet boards, then you will also realise the common rule about not criticising other peoples grammar. (You did apologise but Im merely pointing it out for others).
If you don't like particular models of BMW or any other car then you are entitled to say so but you don't need to go on the offensive about it.
If you are aware of a private issue then maybe keep it that way. Whatever issure there may be between Hiabboy or anyone else shouldn't be aired in public (at least not here)!
IP stands for Internet Protocol by the way!

You shouldn't have to delete this or anything else just cos of an outburst from one person Philip. Most of us got the joke, and despite the lack of sense of humour from Andy, there is no 'waste of forum space' here IMHO.

I started the topic as a joke aimed at myself as I currently own two landfill/frag Polaris E23's. I apologise for wasting forum space.

I have PM'd Nigel asking him to delete my post but he has not answered.

Rhys/Nigel/kbannon - please delete this topic. many thanks.

But you'd miss me really! (Not really! Howard)
My dig at Mark's spelling was out of order - sorry
Mark.

My other remark was to prod someone's concience,
no apologies. I hate timewasters. Hiabboy made a
concious decision to save this car from the crusher,
only to have idiots like this messing him about. It's
just not fair - is it?

Anyone going to Hestercombe Gardens tomorrow?

Not sure I can be bothered. See what the weather's
like I suppose.

Come on Andy, if you don't like what is discussed on this section of the forum, why bother commenting?
The reason that the e23 is discussed is because WE camp here to discuss the e23, in the same we had the same conversations on the late lamented e32register.

If you want to discuss something regards the e32/38 then put up a post about them instead of trashing the items we chat about!

This is also not the place to have a pop at the way others spell or make personal remarks regards things that happen outside in the real world!

Sorry but it's just rubbish behaviour. After all, it's not
Hiab's fault the individual concerned is a dreamer
with no $$$$$

Surely this is a private matter tween the individuals concerned and therefore not something to be posted in a public forum.

Rob! NOOOOOO!!! I've had E23's as cheap bangers
in the past. Never again thanks. Rust! Welding!
Power brake balls leaking! Damp Dog smell!

Only a white 745i with red leather, foreign plates and
Joan Collins on the logbook as a
previous would make me wet for a 'twenny free'.

andyboy, its not your fault you dont like e23s. and nothing wrong with e24s, lovely cars great looks etc. but we like our 50 motors its great.hiabboy also thinks they are super cars when you talk to him face to face. so we will keep talking about bargains and our ebay antics etc as nobody will stop us so tough. its a shame you dont join us. dont be shy, will find a desent car for you.

No, thought not. He was really annoyed that you
didn't even bother to say 'no thanks' after promising
that you'd have it. Manners Maketh Man and Costeth
Nothing, as the good book says!

This is why that car will end up being crushed.

erm..who is this directed at...you haven't made it clear?
