x is the result which indicates that you have far too much time on your hands!

Sorry, much as I'd like to help, our house is a sugar free zone. Will be interested in any conclusions other than there's a lot of very bored people about today

Or, as we do it...Put the teabags into a pot, add hot, but not scolding, water. To a cup or mug add a little milk if required. Then pour only the required amount from the pot to almost fill the cup. Add the required amount of sugar to the cup, stir, then serve.  No loss of sugar or milk and you could even have seconds if the pot can accomodate.

Dont know what is being suggested about us scottish members. Ive managed to make a duvet cover from my recycling of my teabags, and as Doive points out you can suck your teabags once used.

You can bleach you old tea bags then dry them thus enabling you to reuse them and they look good as new.  And you dont even need to waste sugar, its way to expensive, simply dunk a chocolate biscuit until tea reaches desired sweetness then serve as usual.

cheers

528 for now

doing it that way, you can't adjust the tone, strength and hue for a perfect cup though.

I only drink camomile tea or fruit teas..and the bag should be steeped in the hot water for as long as possible to get the right measure of flavour out of it....allegedly
