Topic: Full Leather E23 anyone? Posted: 26-October-2005 at 04:01 |
yep, complete rear end rebuild, new arches, lower wing sections, bumper, cill ends, plus a partial respray to repaint the rear and the roof sections. Proper job to, as all the screens are coming out to allow the removal of rust to the edges of the pillars. 3 weeks I think they said they'd have it for. Suits me, need to save.

Ok Ok, I did.................not buy it!
I spoke to the owner and he'd been chatting to an eager buyer (his words not mine) who wanted it for well in excess of the £100 originally listed, but the seller didn't end the auction until the buyer arrived to collect. The exact amount I don't know. But it's not sitting on my driveway!

I reckon so Andy.
Come on AG, spill the beans. Have you bought it?

AG,how do you know the Green 733i went for more than £100? According to the advert, the seller finished the auction early because the item was no longer for sale. Do you know who had it?

Or TK Maxx if you live in Mansfield. I was
driving through this Sh*thole and spotted a
Bronzitbeige E23 festering. In fact, Hiabboy was in
the car with me and spotted it first.

A 733i is worth less than my shoes - and we're not
talking hand stitched Italian Brogues either.
£99 sounds much better.

true pete, on the rich side of things. but somtimes you find a rich thick one, that would spend £900 for a prize turnip, as in black adda with baldrick...

Come on Rob where are you going to find a loser ,gormless(easy) and rich enough (not easy) to pay £900 for a festering rusty poobox 733i ?

To make a good return on ones investment one must first be able to sell it! . I for one wouldn't want my welfare to be dependent on the sale of e23s or e23 bits !
Have you caught many burglars lately Rob ? or are you still busy harassing innocent motorists ?
