Will be good to meet you - bbq - suggest bring your own disposable barby or picnic type items as no-one had one and track prices will be quite expensive but it's entirely up to you guys!

BBQ update,

I have managed to get hold of a bbq and can get the sausages/burgers at trade prices. If you are up for me doing this then please let me know by next w/e so I can get the meat ordered for the meet. It would be appreciated if a small contribution of £2.50 towards the cost of the meat/rolls etc from each car. I spoke to Chris and he will be at snetterton for 7.00 am to get the stand ready.

Also had 4 phone calls, 3 definates and one maybe, we will have some more M-Power - an e34 M5 3.8 which I'll be looking forward to as I would love to feel the experience of 340 bhp in an e34

It starts at 10 and on all day, tickets are £12 on the gate. Hopefully the weather will be good and the stand could be rather large.

Or for that price, I will squeeze me whole family in the car... 

As for the leaflets, i don't mind knocking something up again, to advertise the monthy meets, cud put a map on it and the such like, what ya reckon..??

If you ring up the club office, there are lots of leaflets etc, but you could knock something up as well. We could do £2.50 per person that will put some money into a fund for more events like this
