I grumble when someone takes my parking right outside the office and I have to park in the general car park 30 meters away.  |

Right! I did my sums...
I don't think I'd be getting my 453/month extra value out of the car to be honest; not when that 453 isn't ϊber-disposable cash for me at the moment. So I'll just have to slum it in my auld M3 for a while yet. |

.. I know I was probably being ambitious, but I'd do anywhere between 5-10k p.a. with work which is all open road stuff. So I'd hope that'd bump things up! I must post the Q in the M-forum out of curiosity and see what consumption people who don't drive a sub-1-kilometre commute @ 6,000rpm get! |

Most yanks are getting 15-17 usually. it is hard to get more because you can't not drive the car hard. You will downshift just to hear the noise.
