Mon ami the tyres are still within government guidelines...whatever that may be? But you're not entirely wrong as the thread line is only about 2mm's i'd say from the indicator.Tyre change is imminent as when the new wheels come on. This however does not change the fact the roads need to be more driver adaptable in events such as heavy rainfall...which our beloved country tends to see |

An Audi......look at the What Car annual reliability survey on http://www.whatcar.com/NonCar/2855113351.jpg BMW are dissapointingly in 17th place (with 3 stars) but Audi are 3rd from bottom in 28th and get only 1 star.... |

It's hard enough driving (straight line) in the dry but the downpours of yesterday and today have made my life a living hell.
Returning from picking my little man from my parents late last night almost proved near disaster. The car aquaplaned after hitting excess water on the motorway(M8 Barlinnie exit westbound). I knew to be more careful as I experienced a few misses on the M77 but yesterday was out of my hands. At first and so quickly back end just swung out, corrective movement of the steering brought the car back in line but at that speed it was almost like impossible...Lucky enough the car sensed and gripped like never before. Have anyone experienced driving difficulties? Also why haven't transportation made allowances for surface water? P.S The wee man slept throughout the journey hugging his bear. |
