Mine occasionally does this not sure if its the same fault but if i press on the cartridge while i press the eject button then release it normally comes out

Not sure if it is the same one as in the Zeds, but it is a fairly common problem on them.
I don't know what causes it, but the solution I've heard of to get the cartridge back out is to insert a credit card underneath the cartridge - the cartridge should just pop out. I haven't tried it, so can't vouch if it works. |

Does it have power? Can you hear it whirring and trying to eject the cartridge when you press eject?...Assuming it's a genuine BMW change (made by Alpine)?

My mates E46 330's cd autochager won't eject the cartridge Any idea what might cause this to happen?
