I was getting concerned that I had not received the invoice for the hotel stay for last weekend 

Checked my Spam Folder and there it was!

I'm surprised they had the cheek to charge people to stay in that sh1t hole. I didn't make a fuss for a refund but they'll never get any of my money again and I'll be happy to tell people what a pile of sh1t the Camponile Newcastle is.

Lisa managed to get a full refund out of them. It was still a good laugh, great weekend.

seems as if I got a freebie too after my advice to staff on the Sunday morning to pay particular attention and clean the bathroom properly

Had a great wee time even considering I had to suffer not being in the M5 line up photo
