A few pics are there from when I first got it to a respray that I gave it and got quite cheap - the following pics were only a few months afterwards, albeit following a slight accident where i came off the road at 90mph! Closecall but the beast is still strong! It's a 1990 520i - when I find the USB cable for my camera I'll show pics of my parents Red 1991 520i and recently purchased Green 1989 520i! The whitey is in the garage the now getting stripped and sanded for a lot of ideas to be applied now! Be a while before its complete though! (Just thought I'd give a wee background there as I'm a newbie by the way! - HI!)

Decided to give her a wash and polish and take some new pics so here they are. She looks all warm and fuzzy there, shame it wont stay like it. Russ Edited by Deathace |

Jon post some of it now its always nice to see before and after pics. I have updated my pictures above with ones i took today after cleaning and polishing it. Auto Glym bodywork shampoo, polish and the infamous black and decker quatro with polish mit & buffer attachment :) takes the ****** hard work out of polishing thats for sure. Jay B: Auto-cruise on ebay are good prices for silvatec bulbs i have used them a few times and prompt well packaged gear. If you have the clear side repeaters like i do you need 1 of these and for the front and rears you need 2 of these they work out delivered £11.00 per pair rather than BM town or others £15 + delivery. You dont use them enough for them to blow that quick so over the long term they are well worth the money. Russ Edited by Nigel |

Thx BMWE34sport, its nice to see so many good examples still lovingly being cared for and driven. I have seen various good examples in and around gt yarmouth over the last 2 weeks since the suns been out and i saw a very very very nice 635 csi in immaculate condition as i was driving along. I gave the gentleman a nod of appreciation and let him out of the turning he was trying to get out of and followed him admiring the beauty for about 5 minutes before i turned into my drive. Touching on the M5 topic if anyone spies a good example in black gimme a shout im still on the look out for one. Russ |

The one on Ebay looks like it has Grey Leather with the Motorsport cloth inserts and the optional Rear seat with 2 Sculpted seats instead of the normal bench type, sometime called the "Breadbin" option
