Somebody spent some time cleaning under the engine bay - seriously look very good...

Thanks Jimbo, it was like that when I bought her.   All the FBMWSH Beamers I have seen have an engine bay like that.  Do they steam clean them for you at service time?  She just had an Insp II before I bought her, would they have cleaned it then?  There is no mention of a steam clean on any service invoice that I have.

All I've done is wipe down the cylinder head cover and other plastic bits 'n' bobs and shh, don't tell the Mrs, I used her Dyson to suck out the dust that gathered on the suspension turrets and in the small trays on the inner wings behind the indicators before I took the photos.

Very Nice !

I like what you've done with the colour coding. I couldn’t work out what it was at first then realised you’ve got rid of the black.

Keeping my white one clean is a nightmare, I'm looking for some discrete mud flaps that will fit the sport kit so if anyone has any ideas I'd appreciate it.

Miles,

Just a query about your cars - have you tried to fit your 19" rims on your E28 from your 525i? I am seriously thinking about having the wheel arches rolled and placing 19" rims on the 528 and seeing as you have both vehicles, just wondered whether you have tried it or would you be able to sometime and let me know. haven't seen one and just wondered if it was possible?

No they won't fit...Front tyres (245) are too wide and rears (265) are definitely too wide even if i had the arches rolled

Don't copy & paste from your own machine - upload your pics to www.bmwmovies.net and copy/paste from there.
