Discovered today i have a rear spring broken on my car so had been thinking for a while to lower the car anyway & now would be an ideal oppertunity to do so Couple of questions on my mind :- 1) How low would be O.K whithout making it look "Chav" ? ( not got my copy of "Clubland 19999" yet anyway !!!!) 2) Recomendations of places in Central Scotland to supply & fit ? ( As mentioned in a previous post "Drivers" Glasgow look not a bad bet? ) 3) A rough cost for said work ? Comments please *NOTE :- For those "Younger" people on the forum wondering what a "Zebidy" was please ask your mum or dad * Edited by shorty |

I had Eibach Sportline springs on my old E46 coupe Tommy and it just sat nice.
Fitting is free if you can make it to Kilwinning. |

I'd consider an Eibach kit.. Either the pro kit or Sportline kit
the Pro kit will be more subtle lowering Lowers Front: 25 mm Rear: 10 mm And the Sportline kit will drop it Front: 30-35 mm Rear: 15 mm. Rough cost of labour and alignment I would expect to pay about 2/3 hours labour?! |
